Troubleshooting
If the inverter does not appear to be functioning properly, there are several reasons why the inverter may not be responding.
1)
Poor contact.
a)
Clean contact parts thoroughly.
2)
Inverter has no power.
a)
Check fuse, replace damaged fuse.
b)
Check inverter wiring. Repair if necessary.
3)
Fuse is burned.
a)
The fuse is located on the PCB board. Replace fuse with a fuse of equivalent value.
4)
Overload caused AC output drop.
a)
Reduce the wattage of your load to lower than 700/1000/1500 watts.
5)
Thermal caused AC output drop.
a)
Under heavy loads for extended periods of time. The AC inverter will reduce output to prevent damage from excess
heat. If this happens, please process as below:
i)
Switch off the power to the inverter.
ii)
Decrease load of this machine i.e. disconnect some of the appliances or wait until the inverter cools down.
iii)
Switch on the power to the inverter.
6)
Low-battery shutdown.
a)
Recharge your battery and resume operation.
