Open Data in Microsoft Excel
To import the data file to a Microsoft Office Excel Workbook proceed as follows:
Once Microsoft Excel is opened, press button “From Text" from menu Data>Get External
Data (
see Fig. 7.7 ) and select the file data file.

Then it is necessary to complete text import wizard. All options must be set as shown in
Fig. 7.8, Fig. 7.9, Fig. 7.10, Fig. 7.11 and Fig. 7.12 .
