1.
Proceed as follows in order to cool down the unit and empty
the mould (mould evacuation):

Select the function

and activate with the
key.
If the function
Mould evacuation
is available, select it and
activate it with the
key.
The activated function is indicated with the
symbol.
Units HB-100X_4 and HB-100/140/160Z_4 without function
Mould evacuation
: Loosen the drain connection (G) slowly until
the unit is depressurized.

Main switch off, remove the plug from the mains and empty
the unit.

Remove the cover from the unit (see Instruction Manual
Chapter Maintenance).

Loosen the screws in the front panel and hinge it down.
5.
Proceed as follows in order to remove the temperature sensor
(BT 1, BT 2):
Unplug cable of the temperature sensor on GIF-51 (A 4) slot
X 33.1 or X 33.2.
Disassemble and remove the temperature sensor.
WARNING!
Bolted assemblies, especially combinations of
stainless steel / stainless steel or steel / stainless
steel tend to adhere strongly or can seize up after a
longer period of operation at high temperatures.
This results in difficulties in dismantling.
Therefore:
– Use a suitable lubricant.
6.
Proceed as follows in order to assemble the temperature
sensor (BT 1, BT 2):
Mount and fasten new temperature sensor
Transfer the cable labelling of the old temperature sensor to the
new temperature sensor.
Plug the temperature sensor on the corresponding slot X 33.1
or X 33.2 at GIF-51 (A 4).
NOTICE!
The temerpature sensor that is not being changed -
must be cleaned if the demounted temperature
sensor is showing dirt.
