10. Remove black stickers covering towbar mount
points on inboard and outboard face of
chassis rail (leave stickers on bottom face of
chassis rail).
Repeat for opposite side.
11. Loosely secure inboard and outboard side arms
(refer to exploded diagram on page 3) to
chassis rail via 2 x M12 bolts per arm complete
with 1 x M12 washer per bolt.
Use supplied spacers as required between side
arms and chassis rail to ensure there are no
gaps.
Remove any sealant present on chassis rail that
may interfere with side arms. Coat with an
appropriate metal protector.
Repeat for opposite side.
12. Lift towbar up to side arms and loosely secure
with 4 x M10 bolts complete with 2 x washers
and 1 x nut per bolt.
Repeat for opposite side.
Tighten all fasteners to the torques listed below:
M10 x 1.25 x G8.8: 48 N.m
M12 x 1.25 x G8.8: 89 N.m
