• to attach the castor mounting plate to
the oFr body, you should insert the
threaded ends of the ‘u’ bolt in the
holes on the castor mounting plate.
• screw the wing nuts back to the ‘u’
bolt and fasten the wing nut properly.
note: Do not over tighten, this may
cause damage to oFr flange.
• unscrew the spherical nut from the
castor, align the shaft to the hole of
the castor mounting plate, insert the
screw inside the hole and screw the
spherical nut.
• repeat 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the rear of
oFr for mounting of the rear castors.
note: the rear castors must be
mounted between the end two fins.
InstructIons For use
• the oFr is packed with castors fold-
ed in thermocole packaging. You must
assemble them before operating the
oFr.
• Before using the oFr make sure that
it is on a flat and stable surface. Dam-
age may occur if it is placed on an
uneven surface.
• set the power switch to ‘0’ (off)
position and the thermostat to ‘min’
(low), then insert the plug into a
socket-outlet with good earthing.
• rotate the thermostat knob clock-
wise to ‘max’ (high) position and when
the power knob is ‘on’, rotate it as
follows: “low heat”- “medium heat”
–“high heat”, and for power off, just
rotate power knob to ‘0’ position.
• When your room reaches the
desired temperature, ro-
tate the thermostat knob in anti
clockwise direction until the
pilot light goes out. the thermostat
can now be left at this setting. as soon
as the room temperature has dropped
below the set temperature, the unit
will switch on automatically until the
set temperature has been reached
again. In this way the room tempera-
ture remains constant with the most
economical use of electricity.
• If you want to change the room tem-
perature setting, reset the thermostat
position.
• this oFr includes an overheat
protection system that shuts down the
oFr when parts of the oFr are get-
ting excessively hot.
• to completely shut the oFr down,
turn all the controls to off, and remove
plug from the socket outlet.
• the oFr has built in tip over switch
which has been designed to automati-
cally shut down the oFr when topped
forward or backward or sideways.
When returned to normal upright
position oFr will automatically start
operating again. this is safety feature
to avoid possibility of fire should the
unit be accidentally.
maIntenance
• always remove the plug from the
socket outlet and allow the oFr to
cool down before cleaning.
• Wipe oFr with a soft damp (not wet)
cloth.
caution:
Do not immerse the oFr in water.
Do not use any cleaning chemicals
such as detergents and abrasives.
Do not allow the interior to get wet as
