STORAGE
• Ensure battery is removed before storage.
• Battery should be stored between 0 & 45°C,
incorrect storage could result in battery damage.
• Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its
accessories.
• Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable
and secure position, in a cool and dry place,
avoid too high and too low temperatures.
• Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight.
Keep it in the dark, if possible.
• Don’t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity
build-up.
ENVIRONMENT
Recycle unwanted materials instead
of disposing of them as waste.
All tools, hoses and packaging
should be sorted, taken to the local
recycling centre and disposed of in
an environmentally safe way.
Do not throw away the battery
into household recycle bin.
When disposal of the tool,
separate the battery from the
tool and have the batteries
well sorted and delivered
into special authorities for
recycling.
Never throwing batteries into fire or water and
do not expose the batteries under the sun for
more than 50
0
C.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Attention ! Before performing any work
on the equipment, remove the battery
from the machine.
CLEANING
• Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean
to prevent overheating of the engine.
• Regularly clean the machine housing with a
soft cloth, preferably after each use.
• If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth
moistened with soapy water.
Never use solvents such as petrol,
alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These
solvents may damage the plastic
parts.
MAINTENANCE
Note: To ensure long and reliable service, carry
out the following maintenance regularly.
• Regularly check for obvious defects such
as loose fixings, and worn or damaged
components.
• Check that covers and guards are undamaged
and correctly fitted.
• Carry out necessary maintenance or repairs
before using.
BLADE MAINTENANCE
Attention ! Before performing any
work on the equipment, remove the
battery from the machine.
• To remove the worn blade(8), push it in
direction of the arrow until it snaps off the
pivot(19). (Fig. C)
• Clean the pivot of any residual plastic/debris
with a sharp knife.
• To refit the new blade, place the eyelet over the
pivot and pull outwards until it snaps into place.
Note: Only use original parts as replacement
blades. They have been developed specially for
improved cutting.
