2. Convert to edging mode (Fig 11 & 12)
• Hold the main handle, push the collar downside and rotate the
lower housing 180°.
• Release the collar to fix edger mode and position the trimmer
above the surface with flower guard loop guide to operate as a
maintenance edger.
• Restarting the machine after complete stop will feed the spool line
automatically.
• Return to the trimming position by opposite rotation after pushing
the collar downside.
note: Cutting line will wear faster and require more feeding if the cutting
or edging is done along sidewalks or other abrasive surfaces or heavier
weeds are being cut.

3. Adjust the cutting head (Fig 13 & 14)
• Push the head rotation pedal to rotate the cutting head to cut the
grass under bush or tree
• Push the head rotation pedal to rotate cutting head back to return
trimming position.

4. Replace string spool (Fig 13 & 14)
Warning! Remove the battery pack before attempting to replace string
spool.
• This trimmer uses 0.055”(1.4mm) diameter round nylon line. During
use, the tips of the lines will become frayed and worn, restarting
