SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
APPLICATION
Read all safety warnings and instructions.
Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock,
fire and/or serious injury.
Maintenance and Storage
1. Check all fasteners at frequent intervals for proper tightness to be sure the
equipment is in safe working condition.
2. Always refer to the Operator’s Manual for important details if the snow
thrower is to be stored for an extended period.
3. Maintain or replace safety and instruction labels, as necessary.
4. Run the machine a few minutes after throwing snow to prevent freeze-up of
the rotor blades.
5. When servicing ask that only identical replacement parts be used. Have
damaged cords repaired or replaced.
Intended Use
The HAUSSMANN snow thrower is intended for remove light snow (up to 6" / 15
cm) in your yard.
Check the box contents
Carefully remove the snow thrower from its packaging and check the following
parts are present:
-- 1pc snow thrower
-- 1 set carriage bolt & knob (Fig. 3)
