DIRECTIoNS FoR USE AND CARE
A solar light is an environment-friendly product.
A solar cell converts sunlight into electricity and
recharges the battery. The light turns on auto-
matically at dusk using the electricity stored
during the day. The lifetime of LEDs is about
100.000 hours.
INTRoDUCTIoN
Make yourself familiar with the product before
first use. Read the following directions for use
and safety instructions carefully. Use this pro-
duct only for its intended purpose. Keep the
instruction for future reference and include the
instruction if you pass on the product to third
parties.
PRoPER USE
The product is intended as decorative outdoor
illumination. Any other use as well as modifi-
cations of the product have to be considered
as improper use and could cause injuries or
product damages. The manufacturer will not be
held responsible for any damages resulting from
such improper use. Not for commercial use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIoNS

Keep all packing materials away from babies
and children, risk of suffocation. Children often
underestimate the risks.

This solar light is only suitable for decoration
and not a toy!
ATTENTIoN!
·
The integrated LEDs are not replaceable.
·
In winter solar cells do not receive as much
sunlight as in summer. That will affect the
number of operating hours.
·
NEVER look directly and unprotected into the
LEDs!
SET UP
·
Unscrew the glass ball from the battery com-
partment. Set the On/Off switch to „ON“. Turn the
glass ball back to the battery compartment. The
solar light is ready for use.
·
The battery should be charged at least 8-12
hours before first use to reach its full capacity.
To charge the battery partly will shorten the
life time of the battery considerably.

The Solar Light will shine automatically when
dusk falls.
LoCATIoN & INSTALLATIoN

Use the strap to fas-
ten the solar light on
the balcony railing.
To open the ratchet
press the smal tapp
the ratchet. Or use
the attached spike
and decorate your
beds.
·
The light ON time will depend on your geogra-
phical location, weather conditions and seaso-
nal lighting availability.
·
Select a location with full direct sunlight. In a
shaded location the battery will not be char-
ged completely.
·
Do not place the solar light near to night-time
light sources such as domestic lighting or
street lights. The lights may not turn on.
·
Select a location where the ground is soft and
the solar cell will get direct sunlight. Then stick
the ground spike into the ground and press the
soil firmly around.
BATTERY
If necessary replace the battery with a rechar-
geable battery of the same type. Other battery
types could damage the solar light.
1. To replace the battery, remove the glass sphe-
re and the cover of the battery compartment.
2. Replace the rechargeable battery (see techni-
cal details) with a fresh rechargeable battery.
