2. Do not exceed weight capacity.

Assembly Instructions
Note:
If desired, the Fixed and Swivel Casters (5, 6) can be installed on opposite ends.
Fixed
Caster (5)
Platform (4)
Washer (7)
Bolt (8)
1. Attach the Fixed Casters (5) to the
Platform (4) near the Handle Bracket (3)
using Washers (7) and Bolts (8).
Swivel
Caster (6)
Platform (4)
Washer (7)
Bolt (8)
2. Attach the Swivel Casters (6)
to the other end of the Platform (4)
using Washers (7) and Bolts (8).
3. Tighten all Bolts (8) securely.
