Troubleshooting
When you wave at
BOUNCY, get near
her face, or pet her
forehead, she’ll bounce
and turn around in a
circle, and make happy
puppy sounds. She
loves when you play
with her!
When you pet your
puppy on her back,
she’ll make happy
and sweet puppy
sounds – she loves
you so much!
After a minute of inactivity, BOUNCY will go into
“power save” mode.
When you want to play with her again, just press
her back to reactivate her!
NOTE:
When BOUNCY is not in use,
slide the ON/OFF/TRY ME switch to
the OFF position to conserve
battery life.
• If BOUNCY is turned ON but doesn’t respond
when you’re near, she might be taking a “nap.”
Just press her back to “wake” her up, then pet her
forehead to show her you’re ready to play.
• If BOUNCY still doesn’t function properly, restart
her by moving the ON/OFF/TRY ME switch to the
OFF position for a few seconds, then back to the
ON position and press the button on her back. If
she doesn’t move or make sounds after that, it may
be time to change the batteries.
NOTE:
Make sure you’re close to her so
she can sense you’re there.
NOTE:
For best performance, use on a hard,
smooth surface and away from direct sunlight.
