Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

After selecting an IODD file, it doesn

’t get

uploaded to the IODD Store

Click on the IO Link icon on the upper left of
the UI to reload the web page and try again.

Also check that the IODDstore container is
running.

The IO-Link container cannot connect to the
IODDstore.

Stop both apps. Then start the IODDstore
followed by the IO-Link container.
