Fault signal
7.1
Warning
(NOTE: warning is a very serious alarm state, it won’t affect the generator system operation, only
remind the operator of the improper condition. When warning occurs, the state indicator light illuminate, but
the buzzer won’t alarm and the fault won’t lock. Once the fault has been eliminated, the warning light off
automatically.
Charge failure
The controller detect the voltage lower than the “LOW battery pre-alarm setting” from the aux AC
charger, “CHARGE FAILURE” indicator light illuminate, and the buzzer alarm.
Battery low
The controller detect the battery voltage lower than the “Low battery pre-alarm value”, the state LCD
will display “
WARNING
:
BATTERY LOW
”
, and the buzzer warn.
Low pressure
After the safety-on delay timeout, and the controller detect the output pressure of the engine lower than
the low pressure alarm value preset, the buzzer warn. The state LCD will display
“
WARNING
:
LOW OILPRESS
”
H temperature
The controller detect the coolant temperature of the engine higher than the high temperature preset alarm
value, and then the buzzer warn, the state screen display
“
WARNING
:
COOLANT TEMP
”
,
the buzzer warn.
Overspeed
If the running speed of the engine over the preset alarm value, the LCD will display
“
WARNING
:
OVER SPEED
”,
and the buzzer warn.
Underspeed
If the running speed of the engine descend to alarm level preset, then the state LCD display
“
WARNING
:
UNDER SPEED
”,
and the buzzer warn.
High voltage
If the controller detects the output voltage of the generator over the alarm value preset, the state LCD
will display
“
WARNING
:
V HIGH
”,
and the buzzer warn.
Low voltage
If the controller detects output voltage lower than the alarm value preset, then the state LCD will display
“
WARNING
:
V LOW
”,
and the buzzer warn.
Overcurrent
If the controller detects the output current over the alarm value preset, then the state LCD display
“
WARNING
:
I HIGH
”,
and the buzzer warn.
Standby input
If set the aux input to a warning input, then if the signal at the input is valid, the LCD will display
“
WARNING
:
EXT. ALARM
”,
and the buzzer warn.
7.2
Stop Fault
(
Note: “Stop fault” can lock the control system and stop the generator running. After the fault is
eliminated, by pressing the “reset” key unlocking the fault lock, then you can operate the controller again.
)
Fail to Start
If the engine starting times over the preset value, the engine still does not run, namely it occurs “
Fail to
Start
.” The LCD will display
“
ALARM
:
START FAILURE
”,
The indicator light
Fail to Start
illuminate, and the
buzzer warns.
Fail to Stop
If the generator fail to stop after the stop delay timeout, then the buzzer warn and the LCD display
“
ALARM
:
STOP FAILURE
”。
Emergency stop
When the emergency stop input signal is valid, the controller stop all output of the relay except the alarm,
the LCD display
“
ALARM
:
E.STOP
”,“
EMERGENCY STOP
” indicator light illuminate, and the buzzer warn.
