Safety instructions
When installing and using this electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always
be followed, including the following:

In order to reduce the risk of injuries, children are not allowed to use the device without
strict supervision.

Risks of Electrical Shock . Connect only to grounding type receptacle protected by a
ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). Contact a qualified electrician if you cannot verify
that the receptacle is protected by GFCI.

Do not bury the cord . Locate cord to minimize damages caused by lawnmowers, hedge
trimmers, and other equipment.
○
In order to prevent injuries due to the running parts, do not make the electric pump
running before the pipeline has been connected.
○
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, replace damaged cords immediately.

To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not use the extension cord to connect unit
electric supply; provide a properly located outlet.
○
Do not install within an outer enclosure or beneath the skirt of a hot tub unless it has
been marked.
○
This appliance is not intended to be used by young children or infirm persons unless they
are being adequately supervised by a responsible person which can ensure their safety.
○
Young children are not allowed to play with the appliance.

General information
Check carton for any evidence of damage due to rough handling in shipment. If carton or
any pump components are damaged, notify the carrier immediately. Failure to follow the
safety instructions may result in serious adverse health effects, or even serious or fatal
injury. Failure to follow the safety instructions will in all cases invalidate all guarantees and
liability on the part of the manufacturer.
The pumps are designed to work properly with a maximum water temperature of 50°. The
pump has been produced by using high-quality materials and has been subjected to many
hydraulic and electric tests. Please follow the instructions of the manual in order to
prevent the engine from being overloaded. We are not responsible for damages cause by
failure to carry out the instructions.
