MPEG Conversions
append description
When converting recordings to MPEG or MOV files, you
can enable this option to allow time stamp and/or
stream number information to be appended to the
newly-converted file’s name.
What is appended to the filename is directly related to
the two options above. If they are both disabled, this
setting is not applicable.
Interleaved Multicast
Streams
Enables a multicast format which interleaves video and
audio streams.
In order for SVSI devices to communicate with each
other, their multicast settings must be compatible.
For recording:
This setting must match between
Encoder and NVR.
For playback:
This setting must match between NVR
and Decoder (but it does not necessarily have to
match between NVR and the Encoder that the
recording originated from).
