The matrix is used to route the receiving audio signals and transcode the audio to the transmitter signal. When routing any 

receiving signal to Analog Audio Out will cause the audio to be sent out the 5-pin phoenix as well as the Headphone 

connector on the device.  
Green on a transmitter or receiver signifies there is audio present on that particular transmitter or receiver.
