What does the Warranty Cover? This warranty covers any defect in manufacturing
or defect caused by normal use of your Hardware House product for a period of
beginning on the purchase date of the product. This warranty extends to the original end
user purchaser, only.
What will we do if the product is defective or becomes defective a s a
result of normal use during the warranty period?

for the name of a retailer near you. Your original purchase receipt will
be required for repair or replacement.
What does this Limited
Warranty not cover? This warranty does not
cover defects caused by improper use or abuse. Hardware House LLC. makes no other
warranties, express, implied or otherwise. In no event will Hardware House LLC.
be liable for indirect, special, incidental or
damages for the
breach of
warranty, including economic loss, d a m a g e to property, and ,
to the extent permitted by law,
for personal injury. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation may not apply to you.
