OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Controls

Cutting Stock

Warning! Always wear ANSI-approved safety impact eye goggles and gloves when op-
erating the Band Saw.

1.

Unplug the Band Saw Power Cord (45) from the electrical outlet.

2.

Verify that the Saw Blade (49) tension is correct. (Refer to Blade Tension Adjustment

on the following page.)

3.

Set the cutting angle of the Saw Blade by first loosening the two Angle Set Bolts (44),

then carefully pivoting the Band Saw assembly to the desired angle as read on the
Scale (65).

The Scale (65) is marked in one degree increments from 0° (cut 90° to stock) to 45° cut

to stock.
