Assembly

1.

Place the Electric Scooter upright and set the kickstand.

2.

Insert the T Tube (15) into the Front Fork (17) and engage the Lock Button (16). Tighten

the Quick Lug (8). The T Tube handle bar should be perpendicular to the Tire.

For safety, the Quick Lug must be very tight. If it does not clamp tightly, open the clamp

and tighten its hex screw with the Allen wrench, then close again.

3.

Insert the Brake Handle (14) into the left hole of the T Tube and lock in place with its

Lock Button.

4.

Insert the Throttle Handle (13) into the right hole of the T Tube and lock in place with

its Lock Button.

5.

Insert the Upper Seat Tube (19) into the Bottom Seat Tube (21) and lock in place with

its Lock Button. Tighten the Quick Lug (8). For safety, this must be very tight.

6.

Using the wrenches supplied in the Took Kit (26), check and tighten all assembly

hardware, especially axle nuts and bolts, and brake cable attachments.

7.

Adjust the handle bar height to just below your waist line.

8.

Charge batteries as described under Operation.

Operation

WARNING: Do not ride the Electric Scooter without first reading and understanding all
the Safety Warnings and Precautions on pages 2 to 4. Also find and test the controls
before using.

1.

Plug the battery Charger Unit (25) output cord into the Charge Socket (18) and tighten

in place.

2.

Plug the Charger Unit line cord into the electrical outlet to begin charging.

Fully charge the battery for 6 to 8 hours before first using. Charge immediately after

each use. Subsequent charges should take 4 to 6 hours. Charge at least once a
month even if not used. Do not charge the battery for more than 12 hours. Do not
charge the battery in temperatures lower than 50 degrees F (10 degrees C).

3.

When charging is complete, unplug the Charger Unit line cord from the electrical

outlet.

4.

Remove the Charger Unit output cord from the Charge Socket (18) and store the

Charger Unit in a clean and dry location.

Note: 

Performance of this Electric Scooter may vary depending on variations in battery charge.

5.

Insert the key into the Keylock (10) located on the lower-right side of the Electric

Scooter.

6.

Raise the kickstand.
