Add oil through the Gauge’s hole as necessary, but do not overfill.

Replace the Oil Gauge.
Turning Compressor On
1.
Plug the power cord into a electrical outlet with a grounding prong.
2.
Pull up on the Pressure Power Switch to turn on. Push down on the Switch to shut off.

Adjusting Pressure Gauge and Pressure Adjustment Screw
The Pressure Gauge indicates the amount of pressure that will be delivered.
1.
To adjust delivery pressure, remove the Pressure Power Switch cover by removing the
screw on top.
2.
Turn the pressure adjustment screw clockwise to increase pressure. Turn the screw
counterclockwise to decrease pressure.
3.
Replace the cover when operation is complete.
Adjusting Ball Valve and Outlet
When the Ball Valve is to the right or left, the valve is closed. When it is in the middle, it is
open.
1.
Connect the high pressure air hose (not included) to the air outlet.
The outlet is 1/4” NPT. For easy connection or removal, a quick coupler should be
installed on the end of the outlet.
2.
Turn the Ball Valve to the appropriate pressure as read on the Pressure Gauge.
