FINAL INSTALLATION
Align slotted holes in light kit fitter (H) with
loosened screws in fitter plate (P). Re-insert fitter
plate screw (T) that was previously removed.
Securely tighten all three fitter plate screws (T).

Remove finial (S), finial plate (R) and threaded
washer (Q) from light kit fitter (H). (Fig. 8)
Save
finial (S), finial plate (R) and threaded washer (Q)
for later use.
Install three candelabra-base 40-watt max. bulbs
(W) provided. (Fig. 8)
CAUTION:
When replacing bulbs, please allow
bulbs and glass shade to cool down before
touching.

9. Raise glass shade (O) in order to guide pull chains
through corresponding holes at the bottom of the
glass shade (O). Align center hole in the glass
shade (O) with threaded rod on light kit fitter (H)
and push up gently on glass shade (O) until
threaded rod comes through hole. (
Align fan pull
chain so that it does not rub against light bulbs
when fan is in operation.
) Secure glass shade (O)
with threaded washer (Q) that was previously
removed. (Fig. 9)
Note
: Do NOT overtighten
threaded washer
(Q) as
glass may crack or break.
Thread pull chains through appropriate holes in
finial plate (R) and push up on finial plate (R),
allowing threaded rod to come through hole in
middle of finial plate (R). Thread center pull chain
through hole in finial (S). Tighten finial (S) to
secure glass shade (O) to light kit fitter (H). (Fig. 9)
Note
: Do NOT overtighten
