WARNINGt
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury, wire connectors
provided with this fan are designed to accept only one 12-gauge house wire and two lead wires from
the fan. If your house wire is larger than 12 gauges and there is more than one house wire to connect
to the two fan lead wires, consult an electrician for the proper size wire connectors to use.

If the house wires are different colors than referred to in the following step, stop
immediately. A professional electrician is recommended to determine the correct wiring scheme.
CAUTIONt
Be sure the outlet box is properly grounded or that a Ground (Green or Bare) wire is present.
Choose a wiring diagram from the three choices below that fits your situation and make the
appropriate wiring connections as follows:

FAN AND LIGHT CONTROLLED BY PULL
CHAINSt
Connect the Black and Blue wires from the
fan to the Black wire from the ceiling. Connect the
White wire from the fan to the White wire from the
ceiling. Connect all Ground (Green) wires together
from the fan to the Bare/Green wire from the ceiling.
Secure all wiring connections together with wire
connectors (CC).

To control the fan by pull chains
and the light with a separate wall switch, connect
the Black wire from the fan to the Black wire from
the ceiling. Connect the Blue wire from the fan to the
Black wire from the wall switch for the light. Connect
the White wire from the fan to the White wire from the
ceiling. Connect all Ground (Green) wires together
from the fan to the Bare/Green wire from the ceiling.
Secure all wiring connections together with wire
connectors (CC).
