Regular check
Separate two side covers and one top cover
，
clean splashand dust inside welding
machine by pressure air (dry air ). How to separate top cover and side covers, see pre-
page. It's importance to check smell ,color change
、 heat or inner connection ， and other
check. Check cable of inlet and output ,ground cable also. In inlet circuit board,
alternation contactor and relay on printed board, open or broke through separately
contactors .it is certain life whatever in mechanic or electric. It will be depending on
deferance condition, so it should be checked as consume elements.
Notice
notice for insulation compression test and insulation resistance:
as a lot of IGBT or other semiconductors used in welding machine
， once be careless
during insulation resistance,some problems will be happened.
You should abide concerned rule ,follows will be attention when you test
：

）
connect three inlet contactors together, let it short circuit.
（ 2 ） connect alternation contactors together, let it short circuit.
（

）
move away cable of two output contactors
，
connect them and let
it short circuit .
（
4
）
connect by cable to IGBT's positive and negative
，
let it short circuit,
all above cable for short circuit ， should not be smaller 1.25mm2
（ 5 ） move away DOS shell ground cable .
（
6
）
move away all parts ,such as wire-fed machine ,etc. Let welding
machine alone .
