When you open the door of the refrigerator
or freezer, you will hear a beeping sound and
the appliance’s interior will light up.
• To switch off the beeping sound, press
and hold the MODE button (32) for 3 sec-
onds.

You can minimise the loss of refrigeration in
the fridge by keeping frequently used bottles,
drinks cartons, drinks cans, etc. in the bar
compartment (33) in the door of the fridge
compartment.

Opening the bar compartment
• To open the bar compartment (33), press
against the door flap and then release the
door flap.
The bar compartment will open on its own.
Loading the bar compartment
The bar compartment (33) can be loaded
from both inside and outside. Make sure not
to exceed the maximum weight limit of 3 kg.
To load the bar compartment from inside,
1. open the door to the fridge.
2. Flip the inner cover of the bar compart-
ment (14) up.
3. Place the objects to be refrigerated into
the bar compartment.
To load the bar compartment from outside,
1. open the bar compartment by briefly
pressing the door flap.
2. Place the objects to be refrigerated into
the bar compartment.
Close
• To close the bar compartment (33), press
the door flap in the direction of the ap-
pliance until you hear a click. Release
the door flap. The bar compartment has
locked into place.
