1. Press the REF.TEMP. (20) button once.
The signal (19) will flash.
2. Press the REF.TEMP. button enough
times until the temperature is displayed.
Once the indicator stays illuminated, the
temperature has been set.
The following temperatures are available:
The ideal temperature for the fridge is +6 °C.
Quick freezing / Quick
refrigerating
The appliance lets you select the lowest re-
frigerating and/or freezing temperature in a
quick and easy way via the ‘Quick freezing’
and ‘Quick refrigerating’ settings.
The ‘Quick freezing’ function automatically
turns off after 26 hours. The appliance will
then automatically return to the previously
set temperature.
After 2.5 hours, the appliance will automati-
cally exit the “Quick refrigerating” mode and
return to the previously set fridge tempera-
ture.
You can also end “Quick freezing” and “Quick
refrigerating” manually at any time.

Select the QUICK FRZ setting (17) “Quick
freezing” to pre-chill the freezer area before
storing food there or to freeze fresh food.
1. Press the MODE selection button (31) as
often as required until the QUICK FRZ
symbol (17) appears on the display. The
signal (16) indicates the temperature set-
ting

24 °C for the freezer.
2. Once the temperature in the freezer is
−
18 °C (check with a fridge/freezer ther-
mometer), you can store the frozen food
in the freezer.
3. If the freezer temperature is –22 °C, you
can store fresh foods. The temperature in
the freezer rises temporarily.
4. After another 12 hours, the goods are fro-
zen to the core. Press the MODE selec-
tion button enough times until the QUICK
FRZ symbol disappears from the display.
‘Quick freezing’ is switched off.
