Connecting the outlet hose
NOTICE
Potential malfunction!
Waste water must be able to run away
freely at all times.
■
Ensure that the waste pipe has a di-
ameter of 40 mm.
■
Ensure that there are no kinks or dam-
age to the outlet hose.
■
Make sure that the end of the hose is
not submerged in the pumped water.
■
Do not extend the outlet hose or re-
place with another drainage pipe.

The outlet hose (22) can be connected in two
ways:
– Option A:
Connection to a floor drain.
– Option B:
Direct connection to the odour seal
(siphon) of your washing/dishwashing basin.
The outlet hose must be a maximum of
1000 mm above the floor. Technical meas-
ures must be taken for connection. For this
reason, only plumbing experts or members
of our service team may connect the outlet
hose (see page EN-38).
Connecting the inlet hose
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
The dishwasher is set up for a water
pressure of 0.4 bar to 10 bar (0.04 MPa
to 1.0 MPa). Water must always be
able to run freely into the dishwasher,
otherwise this can damage the
appliance.
■
For water pressure of less than 10 bar,
install a pressure reducer (in case of
doubt, seek information from the wa-
ter supply company).
■
Do not connect the dishwasher to
the tap or the mixer valve of a water
heater (e.g. continuous fl ow heater,
pressure-free boiler).
■
Ensure that the inlet hose is correct-
ly connected and is not kinked or
damaged.
■
Do not damage the inlet hose;
it contains electrical components.
If the inlet hose is damaged, contact
our service team (see page EN-38).
