Dishwasher operation
Activate/deactivate automatic
door opening
The “Automatic door opening” function is ac-
tivated as standard.
• In order to
– deactivate the ‘Automatic door open-
ing’ function, simultaneously press and
hold the (8) and (9) buttons until the
symbol
(18) on the display goes out.
The appliance door remains locked
when the programme has reached the
drying phase.
– activate it, simultaneously press and
hold the (8) and (9) buttons until the
(18) symbol lights up in the display.
Selecting spraying arm(s)
If only one of the two dish racks is loaded, you
should deactivate the spraying arm which you
do not require.
Press the button (5)
until the required
spraying arm appears on the display
– Upper dish rack loaded:
– Lower dish rack loaded:
– Both dish racks loaded:
Delayed start
The programme run normally starts as soon
as you press the button (10) . However you
can delay the start of the programme by up to
24 hours, as desired.
1. Press the (8) + or (7) button as often as
required until the desired delay time ap-
pears on the display (
H:01
to
H:24
).
2. Press the (10) button.
The programme run will start as usual af-
ter the delay period has finished.
Start the programme run
• Start the programme with the (10)
button.
If you
– have not set up a start delay,
the programme cycle will begin after a
few seconds.
– have set up a delayed start, the display
will initially still show the start-delay du-
ration (14); the dots between
H
and the
number of hours will flash. After the start
delay runs out, the programme will start.
During the programme run,
– the bars (24) at the bottom of the
display indicate which of the four
sub-programmes are currently running
(pre-wash, main wash, rinse, dry).
– the display switches off to save energy.
The programme continues.
At the end of the programme
run
At the end of a programme (except for pre-
rinse because this programme does not in-
clude main wash and drying),
– the door opens automatically for the steam
to escape.
– a signal tone sounds.
1. Press the button (1) to switch off the
dishwasher.
2. Turn the tap off.
3. Continue with „Unloading the dishwasher“.
