Setting the temperature
You can change the temperature before and
during cooking.
1. Tap the sensor.
The temperature indicator will flash.
2. You have two options to change the tem-
perature.
– Tap on the sensor or the sensor as
many times as required until the display
shows the desired temperature.
– Slide a finger over the slider until the
display shows the desired temperature.
The temperature indicator initially flashes.
Once it lights up permanently, the oven
saves your setting.
Starting, interrupting and
ending the oven’s operation
You have selected the function and set the
temperature. In order to
• start/continue the operation, tap the
sensor.
The lighting will switch on; the oven will
heat up. Up to eight bars below the tem-
perature display show the progress of the
heating process.
• interrupt the operation, tap the sensor
again.
The operation is interrupted.
• end the operation, tap the sensor.
The oven is now in standby mode.
If the oven door is opened during operation,
the operation is interrupted.
Quick pre-heating
The oven offers this additional function in
order to speed up the pre-heating process
(exceptions: Functions , , ). Quick
pre-heating is already preset and can be
switched off.
• To switch off quick pre-heating, select a
function and a temperature and then tap
the sensor .
The pre-heating symbol will go out in the
display. The oven will begin to heat nor-
mally.
