firm surface. Check the position of the appli-
ance with a spirit level. The appliance should
not move when the doors are opened. You
can balance out unevenness in the surface
with the two front adjusting feet.
3. Close doors.
4. Tilt the appliance backwards slightly.
5. Screw/unscrew the adjusting feet until the
appliance is level.
6. Return the appliance upright and check
the alignment using a spirit level.
Changing the door hinges
You can change the side on which the door
opens. The stop is on the right on delivery. As
this alteration requires some manual skills,
please read through the work instructions
before altering.
In addition to the package contents, you will
require:
– medium-sized Phillips screwdriver
– fine flat-headed screwdriver
– strong piece of string
– The assistance of another person, where
possible

Risk of electric shock!
To change the door hinges you will need
to remove the cover from the appliance.
Live parts can become accessible by do-
ing so.

Pull the mains plug out of the sock-
et before starting to change the door
hinges.
1. Ensure that the appliance is not connect-
ed to the power supply.
2. Open top door, close bottom door.
We do not advise placing it directly next to
an oven, stove or radiator. The minimum dis-
tances to such appliances are:
from electrical hobs
3 cm
from oil and coal burning stoves
30 cm
from refrigerators
2 cm
from washing machines/dishwashers 2 cm
If these distances cannot be maintained, an
insulating panel must be placed in-between.
If underfloor heating is installed in the room
where the appliance is to be installed, place
a solid insulating plate under the refrigerator.
– To guarantee sufficient air circulation screw
both spacers supplied into the pre-drilled
holes on the back of the appliance.
The power consumption and the temperature
in the appliance can increase,
– if the room temperature fluctuates up and/
or down.
– depending on the selected location.
– if the doors are opened frequently or for a
prolonged period.
Aligning the appliance
The appliance must be positioned on a level,
