Setting the fridge temperature

• Press the Set button (2) repeatedly to
set the fridge temperature. The selected
setting can be read on the temperature
display (1).

The ideal fridge temperature is +6 °C.

• Slide the temperature controller (4) to the
desired position.

‘Super’ setting
To cool the freezer to a very low tempera-
ture as quickly as possible, use the ‘Super’
setting.
• To do this, press and hold the Set but-
ton (2) for more than 3 seconds.
‘Super’ will light up on the temperature dis-
play (1).
The temperature in the fridge will not be
affected by this.
• To turn off the ‘Super’ setting, press and
hold the Set button (2) again for more
than 3 seconds, or wait until it turns off
automatically after 50 hours.

• Set up and connect the appliance as
described in chapter “Start-up” from
page EN-19.
Switching the appliance on
and off
Your fridge-freezer has no On/Off switch.
It turns on as soon as you insert the mains
plug into a socket and turns off when you re-
move the mains plug from the socket.
Setting the temperature
CAUTION
Health hazard!
The appliance may not operate proper-
ly if exposed to low ambient tempera-
tures for extended periods of time. This
can then lead to an increase in temper-
ature in the fridge and freezer.

Always ensure the prescribed ambi-
ent temperature is maintained (see
“Intended use” on page EN-5).
