Installation and connection
Page GB-25
– Your built-in furniture may need to be mod-
ified. If you do not have the manual skills
to do this, you should hire a professional.
– Veneers or plastic coverings on the built-
in furniture require heat-resistant adhesive
(100 °C). If the adhesive and surfaces are
not heat-resistant, the covering may warp
and come loose.
– An intermediate shelf is required if a draw-
er is to be installed below the built-in oven.
– The installation recess must have the fol-
lowing minimum dimensions:
Installation under a worktop
Installation in an upright cabinet
min. 570
max. 50
560
35
585
All dimensions in mm
Connecting the built-in oven
Depending on the installation recess, the
built-in oven must be connected before or af-
ter installation.
– For the electrical connection of the built-in
oven, a professional must install an earthed
power socket with a separate fuse with suffi-
cient protection (220–240 V~/50 Hz/16 A).
– The socket must be installed in way that
does not affect the depth of the installation
recess when the oven is plugged in.
– Do not use multi-plugs or extension cables.
1. Switch off the socket for the built-in oven
before installation. To do this, unscrew
and/or switch off the fuse for the socket.
2. Set all switches on the built-in oven to
zero.
3. Insert the mains plug into the socket.
