The exhaust hood must be placed
over the centre of the cooking zone
in order for it to operate at Exhaust hood full
capacity later.
Please note!
– To avoid damage to the appliance from
dust caused by the drilling, we recommend
drilling the holes for the wall mount for the
flue before installing the exhaust hood.
– If possible, move the cooker aside so that
you have enough space to install the ex-
haust hood. Use a stable stepladder and
always have a second person assist you.

1. To position the appliance exactly over the
centre of the cooker, first draw a refer-
ence line on the wall (a vertical line drawn
using a level or plumb-bob from the cen-
tre of the cooker to the ceiling).
2. Hold the exhaust hood (1) up to the wall
in such a way that the distance from the
cooker (for gas cookers, at least 65 cm)
is correct and the middle of the exhaust
hood is flush to the vertical guideline.
Check the alignment using a level.

the outer drilling holes by 5 cm each.
