INSTALLATION
The following instructions are addressed to
the qualified specialist installing the cooker.
These instructions aim at ensuring that
installation and maintenance activities are
performed as professionally as possible.

Prior to installation, ensure that the local
distribution conditions (nature of the gas
and gas pressure) and the adjustment of
the appliance are compatible.

The adjustment conditions are stated on
the label (or data plate).

This appliance is not connected to a
combustion products evacuation device.
It shall be installed and connected in ac-
cordance with current installation regula-
tion. Particular attention shall be given
to the relevant requirements regarding
ventilation.
Ventilation Requirements
The room containing the appliance should
have an air supply in accordance with Order
no. 5/05.02.2009 of Romanian Energy Regu-
latory Authority.
The use of the natural gases is allowed into
the buildings where there is no danger for:

fire, by igniting the materials and combus -
tible elements;

explosion of materials and combustible/
inflammable substances at the inside;

intoxication or suffocation of the users
with combustible gases or burning gases.
Technical conditions for the safety function-
ing of internal installations which use natural
combustible gases:

the minimum internal volume of the
rooms: 18,0 m
3
for each type of room,
except the kitchens and bathrooms;
7,5 m
3
for kitchens and bathrooms;

providing the air necessary for the burn-
ing;

natural or mechanical ventilation;

total exhaust of the burning gases in the
atmosphere.
All the rooms where the gas appliances are
installed, are externally provided or towards
the balcony/glass terraces, with glass sur-
faces with a total minimum surface of:

0,03 m
2
for each m

of the room’s net
volume, in case of reinforced concrete
buildings;

0,05 m
2
for each m
3
of the room’s net
volume, in case of bricklayer’s work.
Failure to install appliances correctly is
dangerous and could lead to prosecution.
