Operation
•
Install the heating fan only in passenger cabin, not in the boot.
•
Install the heating fan in such a way that the driver’s range of vision is not obstructed.
•
Do not install the heating fan in the deployment area of airbags.
•
Make sure, that the heating fan cannot come of during driving.
•
Be careful not to damage any leads when drilling the screw holes.
1. If required, attach the mounting bracket at a suitable position using the screws or the adhesive tape
included in delivery.
2. Put the fan heater into the mounting bracket. Ensure that the fan heater’s guide rails are positioned
correctly on the mounting bracket.
3. Connect the fan heater’s car plug to the cigarette lighter socket. The LED on the car plug lights up,
indicating operational readiness.
4. Set the switch on the side of the fan to HEAT to activate the heating element.
5. Set the switch to FAN to use the device as a fan. When the switch is set in this position, the heating
element will be inactive.
6. Set the switch to the centre position to turn the device off.

Disconnect the device from the cigarette lighter socket, if you will not use the product for a longer period
of time
Maintenance and cleaning
•
Always unplug the car plug from the car socket before cleaning the device.
•
The device does not require any maintenance except that the surface of its casing needs cleaning
occasionally.
•
Do not open the device or make unauthorized modifications to the circuits inside the device, because this
will invalidate the guarantee claim.
•
Use a clean, non-fluffy, antistatic, and dry cloth to clear the device of impurities
Do not use carbon-containing cleaning agents, petrol, alcohols or similar agents. This can attack the surface
of the device. Furthermore, the fumes are a health hazard and explosive. Moreover, you should not use
sharp-edged tools, screw-drivers or metal brushes or similar objects for cleaning.

Disposal

accordance with statutory regulations. The crossed-out wheeled bin indicates the product needs to be
disposed separately and not as municipal waste.
