Limited Warranty
Valid for and only applies to the products purchased
through Hannspree authorized sales channel. "Hannspree
warrants the product, to the original consumer purchaser,
except for the accessories such as OTG converter, writing
stylus, USB cable, charging pad, to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use and service
for a period of one year, from the date of original retail
purchase. Hannspree's sole obligation and entire liability
under this warranty shall be, at Hannspree's option, either
repair or replacement of the defective product or parts
thereof of which Hannspree is notified during warranty
period; provided, however, that you are responsible for (i)
the cost of transportation of the product the designated
service location and (ii) any loss or damage to the product
resulting from such transportation. Hannspree shall have
no responsibility to repair or replace the product if the
failure of product has resul ted from accident, abuse,
misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification or repair
or storage conditions not recommended by Hannspree."
