MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE
Note
: If tutorial mode is disabled follow the measurement procedure below. If the
tutorial mode is enabled, press
Measure
and follow the messages on the screen.
• Fill the cuvette with 10 mL of unreacted sample (up to
the mark). Replace the plastic stopper and the cap.
• Place the cuvette into the holder and ensure that the
notch on the cap is positioned securely into the groove.
• Press the
Zero
key. The display will show “
-0.0-
” when the meter is zeroed and
ready for measurement.
• Remove the cuvette.
