3. Installation
Read this guidebook and the installation manual thoroughly and make sure the contents are
completely understood to ensure personnel safety.
Installation procedures
(1)Level Adjustment
Adjust the machine to the ground level before removing the rollers off the ground.
3-1-1. Tighten all screws in the machine. Running the machine will shorten the lifespan of the
components especially the cylinder.
3-1-2. Tighten all screws by turning them with your hand. Do not use other auxiliary tools such
as wood hammer or iron hammer to tighten. It might damage the component and lack in
precision.
(2)Make sure the pneumatic tube connection is right and be cautious the pneumatic tube position
during installation.
(3)Install screen frame
3-3-1. Refer to figure A9. for screen plate fixing position.
3-3-2. Initially raise the print head (switch for raising the print head)
3-3-3. Clean the print screen plate. Be cautious to fix the screen plate on screen holder
