Patient Swallowing Information  

 

Entering specific outcome oriented measures, including if the patient is non-oral feeding, swallow sores (NOMS, 
FOIS or MASA) and Diet levels, allowing tracking of functional outcome measurers in the patient data base. 
 

 

 

Adding and Managing a Clinician Account 

 

Only the System Administrator may create and manage user accounts (clinicians).   
 

 

 

 

 

 
From the Main menu, select the 

System 

admin log in 

option

 

 
Enter the 

Admin ID

 and 

Password.

 The 

user ID and password must contain at least 
4 characters 
 
 

 
Select the 

Manage clinician’s

 option 

  

Using PENS

 – Yes or no response 

Non-oral feeding

 – Yes or no response 

Diet level

 – allows tracking of diet level 

progression in the patient dashboard if a 
diet level is entered and managed  

Swallow score

 – NOMS, FOIS, MASA 

entering and managing the patients 
swallow score during therapy allows 
tracking progress in the patient dashboard.
