hinges.provided..They.work.extremely.
well.when.installed.as.described..
Even.though.the.ailerons.are.large,.
we.had.absolutely.no.problems.

Step 1
Locate.4.CA.hinges..Place.a.T-pin.in.the.center.of..
the.hinges.
.

Step 2
Use.a.1/16".(1.5mm).drill.bit.to.drill.a.hole.in.the.center.
of.each.hinge.location.in.both.the.wing.and.aileron..This.
creates.a.tunnel.that.the.CA.can.pass.through.allowing.the.
CA.to.penetrate.further.into.the.hinge.
Note
:.Using.a.rotary.tool.and.1/16".(1.5mm).
drill.bit.will.make.the.perfect.hole.as.it.
removes.the.excess.wood.fibers.from.the.hole.

Step 3
Place.the.hinges.in.the.precut.slots.in.the.aileron.(or.wing.
if.you.prefer)..Each.T-pin.will.rest.against.the.edge.when.
installed.correctly.
