5. The switch can be installed in the left side of the fuselage
(typical installation). Or a cut-out is provided in the radio
tray, allowing you to mount the switch internally and
permitting a small wire to extend through the fuselage
side for an improved scale appearance.
❑
6. Hook up the servos and switch harness to the receiver and
the battery pack as per the instructions included with your
radio system. Turn on your transmitter and receiver and
center the trims on your transmitter. Turn off the receiver
and then turn off the transmitter, in that order.
❑
1. Turn the fuselage upside down, measure over 3/4" from
the rudder and make a mark on the elevator with a felt
tipped pen (as shown). Mark the other elevator half in the
same way, 3/4" from the rudder. This marks the center
position of the elevator control horn.
❑
2. Place the control horn on the elevator at the mark from
Step 1 exactly in the center of the control horn. Mark the
hole positions of the control horn with a pencil and drill
two 1/16" holes in each elevator half.
