• Cable grommets through the firewall
should be at a safe distance from
moving parts.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
1. Fit a switch within convenient reach from
the driving position.
2. Check the voltage of the electrical system
(12 or 24 VDC) and select matching relays
(12 or 24 VDC).
3. Put the headlight socket (2) in the cable
socket (3).
4. Switch on the switch and check that the
light source goes on. If not, check that the
electrical connections are properly done.
WARNING!
• The product must only be used within its
rated voltage range, 12 to 24 VDC.
• The light source gets hot when the
product is switched on. Allow the light
source to cool for at least 30 minutes
before touching or handling it.
• Make sure there is a free flow of air
through the cooling fins on the light
source and keep the fins clean.
Cable colour coding
Red wire is (+), black wire is (–). Connect
the red wire with the ring lug to the positive
terminal (+) on the battery. Connect the black
wire with the ring lug to the negative terminal
(–) on the battery, or to the chassis (earth).
