Attaching the Support Bar to the Chair Seat

Connecting the Support Bar to the Swivel Base
Attach the support bar (E) to the chair seat (D) using M8x20 combination bolts (BB).
Fully tighten the bolts using the wrench (DD).
Place the plastic cover (G) on the swivel base (F).
Place the support bar (E) upside down and insert it into the swivel base (F).
