Attaching armrests

Place the seat panels (B1) / (B2) on a flat, smooth surface.
Attach armrest (C1) to the seat panel (B1) with washers (FF) and bolts (CC) using hex wrench (JJ). (Fig. 1.1)
Attach armrest (C2) to the seat panel (B2) with washers (FF) and bolts (CC) using hex wrench (JJ). (Fig. 1.2)
IMPORTANT:
to ensure chair seat (A) and chair base (B) will line up.
IMPORTANT:
Do not fully tighten bolts until the end of step 3.
