Attaching the seat and back to the chair base (continued)

At the U-bar (B1) attach the chair base (A) to the seat and back (B) from under the U-bar (B-1) with bolts (AA), washer plate (EE) (see Fig. 3),
and with washer plate (EE), washers (DD), lock washers (CC) and nuts (BB) (see Fig. 4) using spanners (HH).
