Attaching the seat panel

Align the seat panel (D) to both armrests.
Attach the seat panel to the armrests with bolts (AA) using hex wrench (DD).
Completely tighten all the bolts (AA) using hex wrench (DD) and tighten all the bolts (BB) and (CC) using hex wrench (EE)
once all the bolts are in position.
