CHANGING THE OIL
The oil must be changed for the first time after 100 operating hours and afterwards every 2500 hours or at least
every 12 months. These periods may be varied case by case according to the actual operating
conditions. On changing the oil, we recommend washing the inside of the casing with the appropriate liquid
recommended by the lubricant manufacturer. To avoid leaving a sludge deposit, the oil should be changed
when the gear motor is hot. We recommend checking the oil level. If more than 10% of the oil needs to be added,
thoroughly check that the unit is not losing oil. Avoid mixing different types of oil, either of the same or different
brands. Avoid mixing mineral and synthetic oils.
DRAINING THE OIL
Place a container under the drain plug.
Unscrew the drain plug and drain all the oil.
To assist drainage, perform the operation with the gear motor still hot.
Reattach the drain plug.
FILLING
Unscrew the filler cap.
Pour in 2.2 kg of oil (to top it off, pour enough oil to fill the gear motor).
Reattach the filler cap.
