Care and Cleaning

WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard.
• Disconnect power before cleaning. Do not immerse mixer, cord,
or plug in any liquid.
• Disconnect charging plug from charging port before cleaning.

CAUTION
Always turn mixer off with the power button before
inserting or removing beaters or whisk.

Press Power Button to turn off; display will not be illuminated.
Squeeze Beater Eject Trigger to remove Beaters or Whisk before
cleaning.

Twisted Wire Beaters and Whisk attachment are dishwasher-safe,
or wash in hot, soapy water; rinse and dry.
3.
Wipe Base with a clean, damp cloth.
NOTE:
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. To reduce the
risk of electrical shock, do not immerse Hand Mixer in water at any
time.
Troubleshooting
Hand Mixer is working very slowly.
• Too many ingredients in bowl. Remove some ingredients and
restart.
• Speed Control Dial is set too low. Turn Speed Control Dial clockwise
to increase speed.
Why are Beaters or Whisk falling out?
• Beater hasn’t been fully inserted. Make sure Beaters are installed
according to icons on bottom of Mixer and click into place.
Hand Mixer will not start.
• Ensure all steps to charge Hand Mixer are completed. 1. Press
Power Button 2. Press Speed Control Dial 3. Turn Speed Control
Dial.
• Hand Mixer is charging. When charging, Mixer cannot be used.
• Make sure Hand Mixer is fully charged, then press Power Button.
Press center of Speed Control Dial and turn Speed Control Dial to
desired speed.
Hand Mixer is not charging.
• Check to see if Power Adapter is securely plugged into an electrical
outlet of proper voltage and frequency. Next, ensure Charging Plug
is inserted into Charging Port on Hand Mixer.
• Power Adapter is not plugged into wall outlet, or circuit breaker is
tripped. Plug into outlet and check function of outlet.
