6. Troubleshooting
Problem

No sound
• Switch on the headphones and, if
necessary, charge the battery.
• Increase the volume on your
headphones or terminal device.
• Bring your terminal device and the
headphones closer together, and
remove any sources of interference
or obstacles.
• Try another music source.
• Connect the headphones to another
terminal device.
Poor sound quality
• Try another music source.
• Connect the headphones to another
terminal device.
• Bring your terminal device and the

Charging won’t
start
• Check the cable connections.

Assistant doesn’t
respond
• This function is only supported by
terminal devices with Android 5.0
or higher.
• Check whether the Google Assistant is
installed on your terminal device and is
set as the default voice assistant.
• Check that your Android terminal
device is connected to the
headphones.
• Check whether the Google Assistant is
available in your country.
• Further support can be found at:

Loud dial tone/
noises during
activation of the
Google Assistant
• Check whether you are using the
most up-to-date version of the Google
Assistant app.
• Disable the Google Assistant in the
settings on your Android terminal
device (under Settings > Apps >
Google App > Disable). Then tap
Enable (if you have deleted the Google
app, please reinstall it).

Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and do
not use aggressive cleaning agents. Make sure that water does not
get into the product.
