3. Frequency search
You can search/switch in steps of 100 kHz by pressing the +

keys.
To activate the quick frequency search, press the key or

and confi rm the
frequency search with the

key (in rapid succession).
When you approach the required frequency, you can stop the frequency search
by pressing the +
▼
keys.
4. Saving
To save the set frequency, press and hold the key and press or
▼
to
select one of the 5 station memories (
MS
fl ashes in the display).
Confi rm the required station memory by pressing the
●
key.
You can select the saved station by pressing and holding the
▼
and activate it
with the +
▼
key.
Connecting the »RTR-10« FM radio transmitter with the radio
Place the FM transmitter in the vicinity of the radio/hifi system or the antenna.
A. Radios with auto-scan/station search
• First fi nd a free frequency on your radio (e.g. 93.6 MHz).
• Remember the frequency set.
• Now switch on the FM transmitter and set the required frequency. Connect it to
the playback device (e.g. MP3 player, mobile phone etc.) and play the music.
• Start the station search function of the radio device to fi nd the frequency set.
You may have to make fi ne adjustments to the FM transmitter or the frequency setting.
• Important: This distance to the nearest radio station must be at least 0.2 MHz.
B. Radio with manuel option
• With these radios, you must also fi rst fi nd a free frequency range
(e.g. 97.9 MHz) (where only noise can be heard).
• Read the free frequency (e.g. 97.9 MHz) from your radio and set it on the
FM Transmitter »RTR-10«.
• Now all you have to do is connect an audio device (e.g. mobile phone, laptop
etc.) to the FM transmitter and start music playback.
