2. Safety Instructions
• The product is intended for private, non-
commercial use only.
• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and
overheating and use it in dry rooms only.
• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to
any major shocks.
• Do not open the device or continue to operate it
if it becomes damaged.
3. Putting into service and operation
Before installation, ensure that all devices to be
connected are switched off.
• Connect the adapter to the VGA output on your
PC/laptop/tablet.
• Connect the 3.5-mm audio jack and the USB port
of the adapter to those of your PC/laptop/tablet.
• Then use a HDMI cable (not included) to connect
the adapter to the monitor or TV projector.
• Switch on your PC/notebook computer and
configure the input signal of the monitor/
projector/TV. If necessary, select the correct input
on that device.
Note
• Generally observe the operating instructions
of all devices that are to be connected.
• Current HDMI™ outputs transmit both video
and audio signals. Because the VGA input
can only process a video signal, the adapter is
also equipped with a 3.5 mm jack for sound.

In this case, the operator can be requested to
undertake appropriate measures to prevent such
interference.

provides no warranty for damage resulting from
improper installation/mounting, improper use of
the product or from failure to observe the operating
instructions and/or safety notes.
